Cameroon legendary footballer, Samuel Eto’o has revealed his plans to go back to school as he described it as a way of giving back to Africa.
This comes after he announced his retirement in, the 38-year-old four-time African Player of the Year will be going to the Harvard Business School next year where he would take a course on Business.
The BBC Sport further reported that Eto’o will take up residence in Boston for a year and is looking forward to the new challenge.
The Sun quoted Eto’o as saying, “I want to help and to make my positive contribution to the transformation of our continent. When you’re a footballer, you pay people to take care of your career and things generally.” He adds that, “But when it’s up to you to manage people, and you want to develop them, you practically need to learn new skills.”
