Award-winning poet and author of Nigeria’s 55th Independence day poem, Godspower Oshodin visited Nigeria’s former Attorney General of the Federation/Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke.
During his visit to Mr. Adoke’s Residence, Oshodin presented signed copy of his book, A Poet Who Died By His Poem, to the former Minister. The poet emphasized on the irreplaceable place of poetry in the society and in the entire history of humanity.
While receiving his own signed copy of the book, Adoke commended the young writer and media entrepreneur for the lot he is contributing to the literature world, especially as the book touches on various facets of life, with too many to be mentioned in one breath.
The book which is set to be launched in Dubai, is expected to be greeted by a host of Premium Guests and writers from Africa and Middle East. ‘A Poet Who Died By His Poem’ have garnered lots of positive reviews from across the world already.
