From 9am Nigeria time the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) National Working Committee and other members of the party embarked on a Match to the US embassy in Abuja and also the of the UK to submit a petition against the Supreme Court judgment which removed Emeka Ihedioha of PDP as Imo governor elect and declaring Hope Uzodinma of APC who came fourth in the election as governor elect.
The petition which was tagged, “#SaveTheJudiciary Perversion of Justice: Deliberate Efforts At Truncating Democracy in Nigeria was submitted to the US embassy in Abuja, UK embassy and other countries Embassies which practice democracy.
Ngg.ng was able to take some photographs and videos obtained from the Party’s social media handles as they embarked on the movement to the various Embassies.
