Supreme Court: Chris Uba loses against Senator Ifeanyi Ubah

While at the Appeal court in Abuja for the ongoing hearing of the appeal filed by Senator Ifeanyi Ubah against the kangaroo judgement procured by Dr Obinna Uzoh at the Bwari area court, news came from the Supreme court Abuja that the Apex court has dismissed and struck out a case filed by Chief Chris Ubah against the election of Ifeanyi Ubah.

The case started from the federal High Court Awka after the election of Dr Ifeanyi Ubah where Chief Chris Uba approached the court seeking an order to prosecute Dr Ifeanyi Ubah and Prof Umeh Nweke, the chief returning officer of the Anambra south senatorial election.

Having lost at the federal high court Awka, he proceeded to the Appeal court and lost and finally headed to the Supreme court where the panel led by Justice Ngwuta this afternoon struck out the case.
